RMR Mechanical performs contracting and mechanical work for clients throughout the South and East.  We are flexible in adapting to many types of contract arrangements (time and materials, lump sum, cost plus fee, etc.).  However, due to our sustained relationships and trust built over time, 75% of our work is performed on a time and materials basis.

Proper Planning.  We understand the importance of supplying you with accurate milestones and delivery dates to allow for your own planning requirements.  Our supervisors often assist clients in constructability reviews, project estimates, and outage planning.
