Gerald Miletello, our Vice President, directs all field operations.  Over his 31-year career, Gerald has been involved in all phases of industrial construction work, primarily with boilers.

Barry Roberts, Vice President and General Manager, has 22 years experience in industrial and commercial construction.  Prior to joining RMR, Barry was Shutdown Manager for Kamtech, Inc.  He has a BS degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Alabama.  

James "Randy" Wooten, Superintendent, brings 19 years experience in the construction, maintenance, and repair of industrial process equipment.  He has been a Journeyman, Foreman, General Foreman, and Superintendent of dozens of construction and shutdown projects over his career.  

Rodney Brown, Superintendent,  has 18 years experience in the construction and maintenance of equipment for process and utility industries.  He has worked for a number of large construction companies and owners over his career.  He holds a welding diploma from Bastrop Technical College in Louisiana.

Dana Cooley, Superintendent, has been involved in the new construction and the repairing or retrofitting of boilers for 25 years.  Part of his career was spent in the installation of woodyard equipment at various locations.   

Wesley Holland, Superintendent, has 22 years experience in boiler erection, inspection, repair, and retrofits.  He has supervised shutdown work on over 40 boiler projects.

Billy Sanders, Superintendent has worked for 32 years with boilers, heavy rigging, inspection, and repairs.  Over his career, he has supervised in excess of 50 shutdowns or major projects in the construction business.  

Charles Laney, Project Manager, brings over 40 years of construction industry experience performing estimating, scheduling, engineering, co-ordination, and Project Management. 

Dexter Brewer, Project Manager brings with him over 30 years of experience in industrial construction, pipe fabrication/installation, boiler inspections & repairs, and maintenance management. He has extensive experience in all phases of the Pulp & Paper industry; including mill maintenance, new construction, annual repairs, and outage management. Prior to joining RMR, Dexter was shutdown manager at Georgia Pacific’s Leaf River Cellulose operations.

Bob Roy,  President of RMR Mechanical, has over 34 years experience in engineering, construction, and management. He has had extensive experience in all aspects of pulp and paper operations.

Before joining RMR Mechanical, Bob was Vice President, Operations for Kamtech Inc. where he was responsible for Kamtech’s North American shutdowns and Kamtech Brasil Ltda.  Prior, he was also Vice President, Operations for Kamyr Construction and was responsible for their projects and shutdowns throughout Western Canada.

Bob has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a member of ASME, TAPPI, and the University of Maine Pulp & Paper Foundation.  Bob is a registered Professional Engineer.
